If you are interested in putting in a request to book a facility, please check the Facility Reservations calendar for date availability. Due to the renovation of Carter Hall and the decreased space on campus, there will be no rental or usage of facilities for non-university events Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. Weekend or evening bookings for non-university events cannot be made more than 3 months in advance.
If the date you want to request is available please complete the Public Request form to reserve the facility.
